Precision Color Everytime

We use PPG's advanced digital tools, spectrophotometers, and variant decks to ensure your colors are accurate and consistent.

Whether you're dealing with complex OEM metallics or custom hues, our specialists will identify and reproduce exact matches for Deltron, Envirobase, Velocity, and other PPG lines.

We also provide custom tinting and formulation adjustments to suit local environmental and lighting conditions, ensuring perfect color harmony on every job.

Our Process

Step 1 - Provide a Sample or Paint Color

For the most accurate color match, bring us a physical gas cap door, mirror cap, or any removable painted part.

If a sample is unavailable, we can use your OEM paint code, but this will be a formula-based match and may not perfectly match your vehicle’s current color due to sun fade, age, or previous repairs.

Step 2 - Digital Spectro Scan

We scan your sample using PPG’s latest spectrophotometers to capture metallics, pearls, and color variances with extreme precision.

Step 3 - Formula Selection & Variant Matching

Our system compares your scan to PPG’s global database of formulas, identifying the closest variant deck match for your vehicle or custom color.

Step 4 - Custom Tinting & Adjustments

If needed, our specialists fine-tune the formula. Adjusting tint, flop, face, and highlight. To perfectly blend under your shop’s lighting and environment.

Step 5 - Final Validation & Approval

Before delivery, every color is visually inspected and digitally confirmed to ensure consistency and accuracy for Deltron®, Envirobase®, Velocity®, and other PPG lines.
